Here’s our Rose Raindrop Cake recipe if you want to make it yourself.
2 cups water
1/3 tsp agar
1/8 cup sugar
75 ml rose extract
Edible roses petals
Kinako
Black sugarcane syrup
Dissolve agar and sugar in boiling water. Add rose extract to dissolved agar solution. Let cool and pour into mold. Place rose petals in molds. Chill for a few hours. Remove from mold, plate, and top with black sugarcane syrup and kinako powder. Surprise your valentine. Enjoy.
