Ingredients
Agar: 1.80g | 3/4 Teaspoon
Coconut Powder: 1/2 cup
Nata De Coco: 6oz
Ube Extract: .75ml
Water: 2 cups
Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar and agar in 2 cups of water and boil until clear.
- Let solution cool.
- Drop .75ml Ube extract into agar solution and stir.
- Poor into mold and set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Mix coconut powder with 1/2 cup water
- Stir in nata de coco and chill in fridge.
- Unmold Raindrop Cake gently place in small decorative bowl.
- Top with coconut milk/nata de coco.
