The Purple Raindrop Cake

Ingredients
Agar: 1.80g | 3/4 Teaspoon
Coconut Powder: 1/2 cup
Nata De Coco: 6oz
Ube Extract: .75ml
Water: 2 cups
Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar and agar in 2 cups of water and boil until clear.
  2. Let solution cool.
  3. Drop .75ml Ube extract into agar solution and stir.
  4. Poor into mold and set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Mix coconut powder with 1/2 cup water
  6. Stir in nata de coco and chill in fridge.
  7. Unmold Raindrop Cake gently place in small decorative bowl.
  8. Top with coconut milk/nata de coco.

Serve and Enjoy!
